  1. you must have been doing it a lot of times, you made your brain to always behave in such a way. its like your subconscious is the computer and your conscious is your choice. negative / positive. Practice to think what you like instead of what you don't like.

  2. See section 6, on anxiety, of my website, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris View page N first, and use the STOP sign method, and the technique for reprogramming negative thoughts.

  3. There are psychological techniques created to do this. To learn them see the chapter on the psychological cure for depression on the web page below. There is a link to a page on anxiety also and how to cure that.

  4. Take out a sheet of paper every day for a month.  Look at the newspaper, CNN, or anything that has issues or is debatable, even things in your own life such as recent arguments, negative thoughts etc.

Write all the positive things about each; as many as you can think of; keep going!  If you do this long enough, it is tried and tested, you will retrain your brain to think positive on issues and almost anything.  It is up to you!

  5. well you can think of how

    wonderful you are :)

like just think good thoughts about yourself.

    "i look pretty today"

it might sound vain and self-absorbed but it does make you

feel better about yourself if you do it every morning.

or if its raining , instead of thinking "uggh im gonna get wet, GREAAAAT :( " think, "ohh its raining,, well ..its refreshing" lol ,, or something like that.

For every negative thoughts you get about something,, say something POSITIVE about it, to "counter-act" the negativeness. :)

  6. Put yourself around positive things
