assuming that you are an adult.  I suggest you start by dressing sexier.  You have the advantage of being a friend and knowing what he likes.  So play those angles.  Some guys don't get it until they feel someone else is interested in you.  So be creative, obvious, yet subtle.  Touch him playfully but not too much when your are having a good time.  like put your hand on his arm when you are talking etc.  Phase away from "buddy" behavior so he starts to see you as a love interest.  Good luck.

If he is consciously, definitely not interested in anything more, then nothing will work.  Nor would you want it to.

If you want him to look at you in a different way, try not wearing a bra.  Don't be S****y about it, but - it's the kind of thing that guys really notice.
