How do i turn into music??

i got this piano sheet music song off the net but how do i open it so it shows the notes to play?? please help ill give 10 to the easyest answer ever if i have to download somthing plz just help:)

If it's sheet music doesn't it already show what notes to play ?

can you not open it ? what file extension is it ?

need more info to solve this one.

when you try to open it does it ask you which program to use ?

if there is an option to find a program online . what program does it sugggest ?
