How do i turn off the parental controls?

okay im really ticked at my bro im 15 and hes 18 he gave me a new comp cause mine broke and i dont wanna give up this 1 and i keep telling him i wont look at anything bad but hes a control freak and wont turn them off i have a standard account with high leveled parental controls(its a wonder i can get on this sight) any way i wanna look at e-mails and play gamed and download stuff and this and that but no he has to have parental controls on anyway i wanna know how to hack his pass and turn them off and set my acc to an admin can sum1 tell me how?

There is no way to turn it off unless you are the admin.
