How do i unblock? the sys admin is giving me troubles!?

my sys admin is blocking software like yahoo messenger and utorrent, how do i unblock it? ?

You're a perfect example of why it is being blocked.

I would imagine your either at school or a business? It's called legalities and security as to why you are being blocked.

More than likely it is being blocked by a corporate firewall and you have little to no chance of changing that unless you have direct access to it.
