How do i unblock websites? a pro did it...

yea so im at my friends house and her mom had myspace blocked from some guy who came over here. she told me a text list opened up with all the websties blocked, and i wanna know where it is. anyone know where it is? her mom wants it unblocked too..so dont say im breaking rules. k thanks<3

on internet explorer 7 and 8 go to Tools--&gt;Internet Options--&gt;Content (Tab)--&gt;Parental Controls. It will probably ask for a password, so if you know it put it in there, and if not you better be a  good password guesser, otherwise a genius programmer who knows how to make a program that guesses or bruteforces into passwords stuff like this
