How do i unclog my ears?

I haven't been feeling all that great lately, I went to the doctor for soar throat, achy body, congested head and nose, and clogged ears....he said I had an upper respiratory infection prescribed me a decongestant and that was that. I've taken the meds with no luck, i'm still congested and i can hardly hear out of either of my ears.....any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may have to go see another doctor, who may know what they are doing, saying, and they may do a better job.

try holding your nose then try to sneeze it works for me or if you cant sneeze then just blow your nose but squish your nose tightly
