How do i undo the child lock on my t.v. without using the remote control

On the face of the reciaver are buttons, one will say menu. Press the menu button then look for your options, every TV is different. You might have to use the volume or channel buttons to move the cursor on the menu, or the menu might scroll up or down over the cursor. Look for a button that will get you to the parental controls or maybe locks, it might even say ratings. Like I said every brand or TV is different. Go through the options and look for the way to get to parental controls. It should be under one of the keywords I said above or it might just say parental controls right away.

I should say that you want to find the exit button as you start. at any point the exit button will get you out of anything you don't want to be in. The exit button you will need as you go through the options and go the wrong way. The menu button that you used to start should be the select button. Don't be suprised if this takes you a half hour or more to figure out. Even pro's at TV's have to figure it out as they go, working with-out the owners manual. I have worked on many TV's and found that they all take time and they are all different even the same brand  is different from TV to TV.
