How do i unfreeze my ipod?

my ipod froze and so i restarted it my pressing middle and menu. now my ipod is frozen on the ipod logo and if you hold it to your ear it makes a clicking noise and every few minutes it lights up and then when the light goes out it makes a weird noise. what do i do?

chech that the hold switch isnt on hold then try reseting the ipod again (hold for 6-10 seconds) if that doesnt work wait till the battery runs out then charge it.

i had 2 face the same trouble 2 months back..wat u do is...... cnct ur ipod 2 the computer.....go 2 itunes and click ur ipod icon in the menu tree...sumwhere in the middle u find the word "restore" written...if u hav ur songs saved in ur computer except ur itunes library then click the restore button and ur ipod will get fully cleaned up and u will experience the difference...

You've got to lock and then un lock your i-pod on the top and then hit the middle button and the play button all at once. That should give you a hard reset. Or, try plugging it in your computer to sync with I tunes and see what happens

give it a rest and press middle and menu again. if this doesnt work, just put it aside and its battery will die and when you recharge it it should reset itself & work fine.. i had the exact same trouble..

Wrap it in a wet towel and set Microwave to about 5 mins.

If the songs in it are REALLY HOT.......reduce the setting to HALF!
