How do i unfreeze my palm centro?

i can't just shut it off to make it unfreeze .. i was using my blue tooth and i hit cancel and now its been saying canceling for like 10 minutes

Take the battery out and put it back in. That will force it to turn off.

or try pluggin it to the charger and see if that jolts it back up
