How do i unregister my laptop

MY LAPTOP IS IN MY MOMS NAME AND I AM TRYING TO PUT IT IN MY NAME HOW DO I DO IT?

this should be easy just do this please :-

Ok go in to a account with administrator privileges go to start run type cmd then type “net user administrator *” make sure the star is there click enter then it will ask you to type “a password” it wont show you the password as your typing it so spell it right then it will say re enter it so re enter it and click enter then it will say password successfully changes hope this helps.

Right click on My Computer and choose Properties.

From there switch to Computer Name

Here you can enter a computer description, and you can change the name of the machine from the button Change

Right click on your "my computer" icon . there is a section where you can change your computer's name

you need to restart your computer once u change its name
