How do i update my Blackberry software to fix this error?

The blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator.

Anyway to fix this...

Its practically a brand new phone...

  1. delete  the  desktop manager  completely.  from  the control panel   go to  blackberry.com  and  get the latest  version..........it shld  be  ver 4.3
