How do i update the roster on madden 09?

I got Madden 09 on playstation 3 and I noticed one Brett Farve isnt on any team but also Jason Taylor is still on the Dolphins so how do I change that not just online but also on the reguluar season games please tell me step by step I am very confussed thank you

Go to My Madden

Go to Rosters

Go to Player Management

Where you can select teams search For NFL Greats

scroll down and find Brett Farve

Click him

Release Him

go back to Player Management

Then go to Jets

Relese Chad Pennington (or what ever QB you want to get rid of)

than go back to roster

than click free agents

Make sure the team is on JETS!!!!!

Click Brett Farve

and Click sign player

BRETT FARVE IS NOW A JET!!!!!!!!
