How do i upload a flash movie file (swf) on my microsoft small business live web page?

Hey guys, i created a webpage using microsoft's small business live but the problem is that i do not know how to upload a flash movie file (swf) onto my webpage. the file i am trying to get is actually a flash quiz but for some reason i am not quite sure how to get it up on my webpage.

In my experience, you just need embed blow code into your webpage.

However, if it still doesn't work, I think you can get a tool named moyea web player to help you.
