How do i upload a video onto youtube!!???

Question

I tried uploading the same video twice, but it says that the video no longer exists and stuff. Help!!! I don't know if its just my computer.

I uploaded it like 40 minutes ago. I know it usually takes a long time to upload a video, but I didn't know it takes 40 minutes! can someone just tell me steps or what to save my movie under. anything helps thanks!!
