if you wish to put a photo into a question/answer:

Upload your Photo to a picture sharing site such as ImageShack® and then copy & paste the link into your question

if you are wanting your own pictures as your avatar then:

for a photo avatar:

█ make a yahoo 360 here: http://360.yahoo.com/

█ save the picture you want to use to your computer

█ convert it to JPG if it isn't already

█ go to your yahoo 360

█ my page

█ edit personal photos

█ upload the photo

█ click 'set as primary' on the one you want to use

█ click 'save' to finish

█ go to your yahoo answers profile

█ click edit my info

█ then scroll down till you see the picture settings, click use my 360 photo

█ click 'preview'

█ click save

now you have your own picture avatar
