How do i upload my picture?

i took a screen pic, cropped it, resized it, and saved it. now it wont let me upload it. it is 'saved as' but when i go to upload it, it isnt in the folders, when i open the foloder on the destop, it is there but wont let me preveiw it. why? i used paint shop pro 7 if that helps . . .

In the uploading menu, there will be the option "BROWSE" and click it, then ur folder will be opened and select ur picture.
