How do i upload pictures from my blackberry pearl onto my pc??

i have a blackberry pearl and a usb cord... do i have to have a media card in order to transfer my photos from my pearl onto my pc??????? please HELP ME!!!! is there a way where you can just use the usb cord??? i have already installed the blackberry deskstop manager program... are they any websites that automatically do it for you??? please help me with any HELPFUL INFORMATION that you can as soon as possible thank you very much!!!!

Yes, you can.  Plug up your phone, and instead of using your desktop manager, go to your "My computer" and select your blackberry and browse your files that way.  You can get your pictures off or add pictures to via that way.
