How do i use BitTorrent?

Question

i have downloaded bitTorrent and have NO idea how to use it.

i know i need to get 'torrents' from somewhere but i actually have no idea how to work it,

anyone help me?

I would suggest using utorrent on Windows and deluge on Linux.  Once you get a program, you have to go to a website that hosts bittorrent files.  I would try thepiratebay.org or http://www.mininova.org/

Visit somewhere like www.isohunt.com, find a file you want to download and click it, then click download, if you have bittorrent installed it should open up to download the torrent file.

You need to go to torrent search sites.  there you find the content that you want and download a small file called a torrent.
