  1. buckscountypennsylvania2mz.jpg . <~Replace That WIth The Url To Your Photo. http://www.photobucket.com Does It. Just Copy The Img Url From The Picture You Wont And Paste It

http://img44.imageshack.us/my.php? <~ Replace that With The Url You Are Wanting The User To Go When They Click On The Picture.

  2. Depends on what program or application you are using. For example in MS Word I can have any image hyperlink to a website URL by clicking "INSERT" then "HYPERLINK" and adding the complete http://www.webaddress

You must first have your cursor positioned on the image you wish to hyperlink.  Email HTML messages work the same way.

In each of these cases the programs are adding a very small "HTML" code to your image to make it hyperlinkeable.

If you wish to do this direct on a website the process is similar but changes depending if you are using Frontpage, html, or other webdesign techniques (such as php, flash, or asp).

Try typing "Make an image hyperlinkeable on my web page" on a search engine for more info.
