How do i use a tampon?

i have tried before but it wont go in plz dont laugh at me if u have ben there it is very tuff situation to be in so tnx

It can also depend on the brand you use.  Some are longer and not as comfortable, some are in different types of applicators.  Try the Playtex brand and only use them when you're period is a bit heavier because if you try when you are just starting or ending it could make it not as comfortable to insert,etc.  There should also be instructions in the box.

These sites might help. I know the first time i did it hurt, but you might have it not in all the way or it could be the wrong size. You will get used to it sooner or later.

Don't worry most of us have been in that situation.

Try a tampon with an applicator if you are still struggling after using a lubricant with ordinary tampon. Read the packet instructions very carefully and hopefully you will have success. If you can't insert this period try next time!

Relaxing is the key but easier said than done.

it has instructions in the box..

but ive been there.

it hurts and doesnt feel right, but it will take some time to get use to then you wont notice

if u really want to use tampons why not try a bit of lubricating jelly on it the first few times. it obvously wont work as well but might give u an idea of what its like to insert them

Hey..

I've just started using tampons and its really easy!

If I was you I would use an applicator tampon, its sooo much easier than a normal one! Read the instructions.

Maybe your tensing up to much when you try put it in? Or maybe your flow isn't heavy enough. I was in your position 2.. My flow was just not heavy enough.

I've been there. I felt like an idiot when I asked my best friend. I read the instructions but they didn't seem to help either. The best advice I was given was to relax first off (I know, easier said than done at this point), then either squat over the toilet or even stand with one foot on the seat, then insert. If you have trouble with it going in at first, kind of wiggle it as you press further. When it's in, you won't feel it. Good luck!
