How do i use an itunes gift card on itunes?

First, you must have iTunes installed on your computer

It's free.

Then, open iTunes, and click on iTunes Store on the left side of the screen.  It opens the store, where you will see something that says Redeem on the right hand side.  Click it, and it should ask you to create an account/sign in.  Follow the instructions to set up an account if you have to.

(It may ask for a credit card number, but it won't charge the card unless you purchase something when you have insufficient balance.)

Go to home screen and click Redeem again, and redeem your card while signed in with your new account.  Enter the code from the back of the card where you scratch-off to see the numbers.
