How do i use becabonite of soda to get out red wine .?

I have used tonic water to get out red wine, just poor it on and mop it up, it really works. With Bicarb you sprinkle it on and then hoover off when dry.

If the wine is dry then wet the stain first, and sprinkle the bicarb on dry  and rub it in and hoover when dry.
