How do i use fluidline?

I have it and i have the mac flat eyeliner brush (i dont know the number off hand). and its so hard to use to me. it doesnt make a straight line it gets really messy.

for some people it comes natural and some it doesn't i kind of struggled to get it right, i'd alwaays had a problem with making the line too thick when i want it thin,and thats because i realized i was using the wrong kind of brush, i had a flat eyeliner brush, and it wasnt working for me at all, and it was like you said messy, &so i bought an angled liner brush and it worked really good for me, i dont remeber the number either lol but you can go to the MAC store or counter and ask which eyeliner brush suits you (:

It took me a longgg time to get used to.

Try just lightly stretching the skin by your eye and closing it (keep the other one open, silly!). Put a little on your liner brush and slowly apply it as close and as thin as you can next to your lash line.

It just takes practice, you'll get the hang of it. but it also might be the brush, i use fluidline with the 208 angled brush and it works great. You just need more practice, also, try not closing your eyes when you put it on, try just tilting your head up and applying it. That works for me. I cannot do it with my eyes closed. Hope it helped
