How do i use .icns on my mac

how do i make .icns files as icons for applications

It would depend, like for firefox...

1. Go too your Apps folder.

2. Right Click Firefox

3. Click show package contents

4. Click the contents folder

5. Open the resource folders

6. And replace the Firefox.icns file with your own custom file (make sure the name remains the same though.)
