How do i use my petperks card?

Hi i signedup for a petperks card because im into having exotic animals and stuff,so i figured i go to petsmart alot so might as well sign up for a savings card, but i havent done any savings at all since i got it!! an trust me i used it everytime i make a purchase. The lady said if i take a survey i could save 3 bucks on my next purchase,but where the h**l do i take the survey?? i dont know im frustrated on this dumb card, if anyone please help me!!! =[

There is a small discount on every purchase you make, as well as special deals on marked down items.  It's not a lot, but if you're spending hundreds of dollars a month, it adds up.  To take the survey, you have to call the number on the receipt.  They'll ask you a few questions, and they either mail you the credit, or put it on your card.

You will get discounts by:

Email

Snail Mail (regular mail in your mailbox)

Survery ( call by phone.

In store sale are shown by the blue tag attached to each price that is on sale during that month or so.

People who work their regularly get 15% discount tickets to give to family.

MAKE SURE, your address is up to date and the right one connected to your email and home address or you won't get the discounts delivered. Though still using the number will still give in store sales.
