How do i use my webcam ?

It's probably a USB webcam.  Some cams want to be plugged in before running the install CD and other want the install CD to be run first.  It's all detailed in the manual that came with the webcam.  If you don't have the manual go on the manufacturer's website and find the model webcam you have.  The model name should be somewhere on your webcam.  There you'll find updated drivers and manuals as well as being able to download a user's manual or view the manual online.
