How do i use the Pandora battery?

Question

I have just recently brought a pandora battery after some advice from a friend. apparently it can unbrick psp's and make it so you can play games of my memory stick

I have a PSP 1000 that is on 3.9 official firmware

I have a 4gb memory stick pro duo

I have knowledge on how to download games and what folder to put them in (X:PSP/GAME) Correct me if i am wrong
