How do i use the wireles USB to get internet in my psp any where i am?

i have a wireless linksys router at home where can access the internet in my PSP, but i do not only want to access the internet in my PSP i want to use it any where i am. so i was thinking if a wireless connection can do that for me. i was thinking that may be i can plug it i n my computer to use internet anywhere i am
