How do i use the wow addon the gatherer?

ight i downloaded it got it pulled up on wow but i dont know how to get it started. or like how to start tracking. please help

First step: Go ask in the correct section where someone cares.

Anyway, if you have the addon enabled, there might be a minimap icon that you need to click to have it show the herbs or veins on the minimap and world map.

There really isn't any special configuration needed.  Just start mining or picking herbs and it'll record the position and some stats about it...

If you don't see that, you should try typing /gatherer to bring up the config screen.  That might activate it the first time.

Note:  This addon does NOT already tell you where the stuff is; it only remembers where you've seen it.
