How do i use this effect in sony vegas?

It is actually pretty easy to get the effect at 20 seconds. I use Sony Vegas too and have used that effect in my videos. I'll just explain it here and then if you need further explanation, just e-mail me through my profile.

So, first you need to copy the clip and paste it into another layer(video overlay). You decrease the opacity(whatever percentage:decrease opacity of video overlay clip). They look the same now, but then go to a different point in the video overlay clip and pan and zoom in. The clip will now play the same and then gradually move away and show the two clips playing. You can make this effect go faster or slower.
