How do i wake up in the morning?

i just woke up and its 12:09pm, i put my alarm clock in my bathroom so id have to get up to turn it off which was at 8:30. i went to bed at 10 but feel so tired in the morning, i turn off the alarm and go back to bed. this happens alot and today i was supposed to drive my gf to the beach and now she is pissed. what do i do,how do i get up, i always turn off the alarm clock or break it?

  1. Self discipline, also if you’re in bad shape it’s harder to get up because you have less energy.  


  2. Relax before you go to sleep!  If you go to sleep being stressed about not waking up on time you won't get a good nights sleep. I have trouble waking out too so I set several alarms for earlier than I have to get up so that I gradually wake up. Good luck!

  3. I think your fatigued because you may be over sleeping. Try hitting the sack tonight at 12:00 am and wake up at 8am. You might find that you have had the most restful sleep and feel satisfied. also, try setting up the coffee machine if you have one, on delay and set it to go off 10 minutes before your alarm goes off. This way you smell fresh coffee which is great when your just trying to wake up. It will stimulate your brain and give your body a boost (jump start) because now your mentally anticipating breakfast!

  4. well you definitely need to go to sleep earlier so it will be easier for you to wake up in the mornings. put your alarm clock on so where it goes off twice like 5 minutes in between. keep your cell phone on loud and sleep next to it, keep it on all night in case if your gf texts/calls you so you can wake up.

    or you can even set your phone's alarm clock on 5 minutes apart from your regular alarm clock, and i guess drink coffee to help wake you up lol
