How do i watch videos on my Nokia 5310 phone?

Hey everyone,i got a nokia 5310.i can put music onto it and listen to it fine,everything works fine.except that,i dont know how to watch videos on it! i tried everything,ppl say that i need to convert it to 3gp format and make it 176x144,and i did,but when i try to drag the video into it, it says that the format isnt supported???and i cant put the video in.but when i get a media file i can put it into the phone,but when i try to play it it says Could Not open file.so please tell me wat to do in order to watch videos on my Nokia 5310!!!

Use Nokia PC Suite and its Video Manager tool to convert and transfer the videos to the phone.
