  1. if the stick is broken at the shaft get a new one....If you mean replace a blade on an aluminum stick you can do it with a plumbing torch or stove burner. As you heat the bottom where the blade goes in turn it like a marshmallow as it gets hot it will swell open. Put the left over wood part in a vice and pull. Heat it again and push the fresh new blade in.

  2. how about don't be so cheep buy a new one

  3. If it's aluminum you need a special welder and technique, or you will melt the material away faster than it can weld.

  4. Hi

Take a sharp knife and cut all the tape off.  Make sure to shave toward yourself so to get it smoother.  Next you need to heat the blade up as hot as u can get it.  I suggest a bonfire.  now while holding it over the heat hold it against the shaft, dang it son not the one between your legs, but the one u just bought.  Hold them in the heat till they stay together.

    Thank You

  5. You don't weld them. The blade is wood or composite- you can only weld metal.

What you do to replace the blade is you heat the shaft, a Heat gun like you use for paint stripping is best. That expands the shaft and melts the hot glue. Then you just pull the blade out and put the new one in, if the new blade already has hot glue on it (most do, but some pro stock ones don't) If it doesn't have some, melt a little hot glue on there with the heat gun and then stick it in.

This is all presuming you have a shaft and blade. If that's not the case and your stick is broken, you will have to get a new one.

  6. you dont

  7. if composite just heat it up and bend it to make the curve fit your needs

if wood dont heat it as intensely or you will burn yourself alive

and by the way if you are talking about two piece sticks and you want to fit the blade into the shaft you need to heat the glue above the actual blade and then just but the glue part up into the shaft. if its not fitting than you either have too big of a blade or too small you have to make sure if you have a senior stick you get a senior blade if that is what you are asking, but many pro shops can fit the blade themselves if you cant
