Question:

How do i whiten a shirt that has turned a bit yellow?

I can't use bleach since I don't have it at home right now, and since its late at my place, i can't go out to get some either, i need to wear the shirt tomorrow and i have a whole night to try out any suggestions, i want answers which i can manage to do at home itself, you know like natural things...

  2. What you want and dont want are to different two things.

    1- You ask for help on you t-shirt

    2- You mess it up to began with

    3- Walmart sells a product called Super Iron Out to remove stains like that in cleaning aisle.

    There is also a product Mrs. Steward Bluing and you soak the t-shirt for 1 hour

  3. i would just buy another one.  maybe a bleach solution in a washing machine will help.

  5. I whitened all my white shirts by soaking them in oxiclean a couple days. It got all the yellow under arm stains out too!

  6. you could try soaking in in vinegar or baking soda.

  7. try just using some baking soda in your load of laundry and use your regular detergent and just a little bit of salt. I have white towels and they're always very white :) If it still wont come out, when you get the chance, go to the store and get this stuff calld 'white bright' or 'white-n-bright'. It's something along the lines of that. It works wonders!

  8. try soaking it in like a bath tubb with dish detergent or hand soap

    BANG AND THE SHIRT IS WHITE

  10. Soak it in white distilled vinegar for 30mins to 1 hour...this should do it.

    Also, if you have Oxyclean to throw in the wash, this works like magic!
