  1. Actually if you wanna try crest whitening strips, they have a few different kind I believe, those work pretty good.  I smoke and they whitened my teeth pretty well.  I mean its not gonna make them crazy white like people in toothpaste commercials but you can definatly tell a diffrence.  I didn't even tell anyone I was using them and my dad noticed my toofers!

  2. Visit a dentist and hygienist first of all... you could have tooth decay which whitening products will not help.  Then get into a good routine of brushing, flossing and using a mouth wash twice a day.  If after that they are still yellow use a whitening product.

  3. Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html

  4. What I think you should do is that you should buy some of those whitening things that go on your mouth and before you put that on brush your teeth for about 2 minutes and 15 seconds, make sure you have a timer.

  5. Get thee to a decent dentist and check out that tooth or you are destined to lose it! While you are there, get a good cleaning and ask about their whitening treatments. Most professional whitenings will run you down around $500, but they are the quickest and best. Dentists also have take home kits, which supposedly are the next best thing to an in office cleaning + bleaching. If the cost of both those procedures are too much for you, ask about which whitening tooth pastes and whitening strips your dentists recommends for you. Personally, I like Crest Premium Whitening Strips, which cost between $30 and 35 per box and is available in most drug stores. I saw results after just 4 applications. With toothpaste, the truth is that they will just remove superficial stains. Crest, Colgate, Rembrandt and Arm & Hammer all make popular whitening pastes.

  6. I use Eucryl Toothpowder, that works for me.

I would sugggest going to see a dentist! LOL
