How do i winterize my v-drive boat?

Question

I purchased a Moomba Mobius LSV with a indmar assult 325 and then i have gravity three ballast and all that stuff... i live in tomball texas so it doesnt get too cold here but what should i do? What is the Fuel Additive? should i do anything with the ballast... i know that water sits in the ballast tanks... any tips?
