How do i wire my tilt motor to the switch?

i have a 1970 johnson 115,and i have just installed another tilt motor.how do i wire the motor to the switch and then to the battery.one blue ,one green ,one black.

Black is the ground wire.  Green is the down tilt wire and blue is the up tilt wire.
