I work 4 half days and 1 full per week, so basically i work 3 days per week. My boss gives me 17 days paid holiday per year worked out due to my part time status. I have previously worked out holiday as per my 1/2days and full day ie. if i take a week off it is considered 3 days out of my 17, if i take 1 day off it is a 1/2 day out of my 17. Suddenly my boss has turned round and said that this is incorrect. that if i take a day off, that is a full day out of the 17 and like wise if i take a week that is 5 days. Please help is this correct? I don't see how she can be right.
