How do i work out the impact weight of an item traveling a veritcal distance of 50m that has a weight of 15kg

item has very little wind resistance approx size 200mm x 500mm x 600mm. most of the weight is steel plate.

  1. Well, if you're talking about the weight, that's just mass times acceleration, which would just be "g" in this case, since we're told to ignore wind resistance.


  2. what is "impact weight"?

    The weight (mass actually) doesn't change just because it is falling, it's still 15 kg.
