How do i work out the muscles underneath my thighs?

i have muscle on top of my thigh, what are some work outs i can do to make everywhere on my thighs strong? =)

  1. I have been recommending working out in the pool.  Get about chest deep and then crouch down and jump.  When you are back on the ground, repeat.  Do 10.  Take a 1 minute break and then do another set of 10.  The water will act as resistance.  It should work on all of your leg muscles at the same time.
