How do i work out the muslce in one leg more than the other?

  1. why not one legged deep knee bends.


  2. The best way is to use heavier weights on the leg you want to make stronger, however be careful not to let the one that is stronger now fall behind

  3. What you mean?

    Just do more reps or add more weight on just that one leg.

    If you mean while walking, add an ankle weight.

  4. you can put  extra leg weights on that leg, you can use only that leg on a leg press weight machine.

    raise your self up on your toes using only the weak leg, with the other leg bent up.  keep your balance by putting your hands on the wall or a cabinet surface.

  5. it is possible, just do workouts on that leg, maybe get leg weights and just put it on one leg and not the other.  Also maybe hope around on the leg you want stronger.

  6. Hop around everywhere
