  1. Um ask some one in your family who trust to watch your baby.Because some of these daycare be trying to hurt babys. But congrats on have ur baby

  2. You can ask a member of the family. Also if you are considering a creche, look around, ask if you can stay and watch to see how they do things. Ask to see qualifications. Ask, ask, ask is the best way. I'm a nanny, i work in a creche and it's our job to reassure you, and make sure you are comfortable with everything.

Also find out about the actual creche. See if it meets th regulations etc.

If you are thinking about an actual nanny to watch your baby at home, ring references, ask to see there qualifications. Do your back ground checks. Even ask them to take a CRB check to see if they have a criminal record. It's standard in the UK now for anyone working with children to take criminal checks. Also ask about there first aid training.

  3. either leave her with family, or make sure you research and visit many daycares and private babysitters before you make a decision.  Also, make sure there is an "open door" policy where you can pop in unannounced to see what's going on in the facility - if there isn't such a policy in place, i would not send my child there.
