  1. You have nothing to put in a cv yet except your educational qualifications and your interests. Just list them. Good luck.

  2. jobsearch.about.com should help :)

    Good Luck

  3. Being 16 I suppose you want to describe your background, your motivation and projects in life. Perhaps you have achievements you want to outline.

Being so young, people may tell you oh you have no experience. The work place is one nasty place. You have the advantage of being young and people will either try to put you down or play it fair. Chose the people you like,

judge people because they will judge you. Believe me you have the advantage and if you know so, you will surprise people.

    All the best.

  4. very cv has to be written for the job at hand - it is time consuming but worthwhile - there are a few rules -  please trust me on this as I have employed a lot

tell them your current and previous work experiance first. before education etc. this is what they care about. memtion actual numbers ie 187% increase in calls/prpfits/inerest. It may notbe that precise but have an answer at the interview - thisis a very large foot in the door

please avoid massive agps in work without any excuse - it is picked up on and appears odd.

above all check you cv for contrasting answers.

if applying to a US firm to not mention an affiliation to a sport - these crazy peope ahve a science behind wha you tick as your hobies - f you are UK and say going out they think drunk. You may be, but what the h**l as long as you get the job done.
