How do i write a good metal song?

Im pretty much writing the whole song by myself, because the guitarist in my band cant write a heavy song for ****, and i have to write the lyrics, so how do i write a really heavy guitar part and lyrics for this metal song? and the name of the song is gonna b mosh like a ************

Umm...  Once you get a really heavy guitar tone, start with a long intro that builds into the verse.  Then write as chorus, then a bridge, and a solo, and perhaps an outo.

Reminds me of Caught In A Mosh by Anthrax.  Follow that sort of heavy song structure.  Lots of metal songs are quite epic, so keep that in mind when trying to write a really heavy song.

And to that first guy, that's not at all true, moshing is a very metal topic.
