How do i write a letter to cancel a contract? what do i need to put

Read the contract carefully.  Sometimes there's an escape clause.  My daughter just got out of a gym membership because she moved to over 50 miles from the gym.  This was in the contract.  If there's no escape clause like this, you may have to pay the full thing.  Need I suggest to read the fine print in contracts from now on?

Most states allow three days for canceling a contract.  Include your name and address, date contract was signed and just inform the company you are canceling.  If the three days is past, you are not getting out of the contract.
