How do i write a message in the box thingy in window

i'm trying to make one of those pop up message that windows show when you have a an error or something how would i do this with out any software...

Sorry, but you do need software for that.

What you are trying to do is some visual basic. It is a windows language like batch. to make a box come up you type some code into notepad and save as what_ever.vb (I think the extension is .vb). I myself do not know visual basic but to learn it just search google for some simple tutorials...
