How do i write a public forum debate case?

i have to write a pro public forum debate case, and i have no idea what to do. help please.

Basically, Public Forum debate is a crappy type of debate, that no one actually does because they think its cool. Instead, its where all the LD debaters go after they get bored with actually doing work. That said, to write a PF case, you need to find evidence that supports your idea, and then YELL it at the top of you lungs, until it appears on your computer. Now you may be skeptical, but in the world of Narnia, this is how life works. Additionally, if you are ever craving macaroni and cheese, and the occasional Reese's, you can go to your nearest corner and eat them. Thus, in conclusion, you are now set to go into your public forum round, dominate your lazy opponents, because its not real debate, ask the judge if you can charge your cell phone, and then leave, a happy camper.
