Most Internet services have a Web interface that you log into to administer your email account.  If you can still login, change the setting to "Forward" all incoming mail to your new email address.

If you no longer have web account access privileges, then you will have to call their technical support number and ask them to "forward" all your mail to your new email address.

If they have already "closed" your account, it is possible your mail has been sent to the "bit-bucket".... never to be retrieved again.  But, usually they leave the account dormant for a period of time before trashing contents....
