How do if its implantation bleeding and my period?

i had s*x august 17th, my period was due august 22nd but last month it was 2 weeks late. i have very irregular periods. on august 25th, i woke up with pretty bad cramps and there was a little blood when i wiped myself. which is it?

most likely your period. If a realy period dosent come soon then take a test to be sure. But sicne he wore a condom and it didnt break its unlikley that you would be pregnant

Since only about 25% of women get any bleeding at all at implantation, it is 3 to 1 against that being the case here, without knowing even one other fact.

And if the condom didn't break, the likelihood that you were experiencing implantation bleeding drops to about 2%.

You've already said your periods are irregular. If yours hasn't come in two more weeks, take a pregnancy test.

Are you on Birth Control?  If so, that is always a factor.  I wouldn't get too worried about it, since this happened to me and I am fine.  Best of luck!
